This is a 17 digit vin Low Speed Vehicle, not a 9 Digit Vin Golf Cart. For the counties and states that do not allow 9 digit vin golf carts on the road and only allow 17 digit vin LSVs on the road, this Denago will meet the requirements.

This can be made street legal for any county/state that allows golfcarts or LSVs on the road.
