REFUNDS, RETURNS & SHIPPING POLICY

We insure every product that ships out so you WILL NOT have to pay for a replacement product if USPS or UPS lose your package. 

However, we are NOT liable for your package if it is stolen, and/or if USPS or UPS states that your product was delivered but you do not have it. If USPS or UPS states that they delivered your product and you do not have it, we will not send a replacement free of charge as UPS and USPS do not pay for stolen packages. 

Return does not include freight or credit card fees. If you return the item you will be refunded less the freight and transaction fees. 


Returns on items are allowed:

  • Within 30 days of purchase date
  • If item is not damaged
  • If item has not been used
